…that our feet can be allies in curbing your chocolate cravings?  One 15 minute walk can half the amount of mindless chocolate munching you do, according to a University of Exeter study published in the journal “Appetite”.

Even in stressful situations when chocolate was calling their name (loudly) subjects who had done a short burst of physical activity ate only half the amount they usually would.
