Shhhhh. There is an elephant in the room except noone talks about it.
I am a post menopausal lady who wants to use this venue to bring forward resources and tales and information around perimenopause and menopause, and make it available to anyone who needs this. It never ceases to amaze me how much information is NOT out there to assist women with this transition. It is just as big a deal as puberty. There are ways we can communally help each other.
Also our hormone levels, health risks and the very ways our bodies behave are changed by this. It is time to speak up, and open this up. No. You are not going insane. It is okay to be emotional, and angry. In some instance we have valid reasons to be angry. BUT it too will pass.
Diets which used to work, no longer do. But some things DO and can work. After all, fertile or not, we still like to look and present well.
